What is the procedure for first-time customers?
It is company policy for first-time customers to pay in full prior to their first delivery. This can be done over the telephone with a credit/debit card or by cash on delivery.
Is there a surcharge for payments made with Credit/Debit cards?
No. Irwin Fuels do not add on a surcharge for card payments.
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes. Existing credit account customers may choose to pay in full on delivery or within 10 days to receive the discounted cash price. Otherwise, the payment will be due within 30 days on a credit account.
