When can I expect delivery for an order placed online?
Our standard delivery time for online orders is within 3 working days. However depending on your location and our current delivery schedule, delivery could be much sooner.
Is there a surcharge for payments made with Credit/Debit cards?
No. Irwin Fuels do not add on a surcharge for card payments.
Is your phone/online price the same?
Yes, we keep our prices as fair and competitive as possible and always quote the same price online as by phone.
How can I tell how much oil has actually been delivered?
Our driver will leave a docket printed by the tanker's meter, which will display the exact amount delivered on the blue copy of the docket.
What happens if I pay for my online order, and my tank doesn't hold the full amount?
Your credit/debit card will be refunded the difference automatically.
Why is there no option to order a fill online?
Our online order system collects payment via debit/credit card and therefore requires an amount to be specified, however if your tank will not hold this amount, the driver will fill the tank as much as is safely possible.
How do you collect payment for my online order?
When you place an order with us online, you are taken to our secure server. This is indicated by a padlock in a corner on your browser window. This uses industry standard, 128-bit SSL encryption technology as is used widely on the web to securely take payment for your oil.
